In cooperation with our local colleges and trade schools, we can work towards the training and the reestablishment of a skilled force of tool and die makers within America. A goal of ours is to work closely with our neighbors, creating strong bonds within our community.
Too often a sight across American towns, big and small, industries closing down and/or going overseas. Our vision is to become a model, a blueprint of how others can help to bring manufacturing back into those towns and become self-sustainable.

At LCSH, we embrace the "Circular Economy" method of production.
This is an economic system aimed at eliminating waste and pollution, keeping products and materials in use, and regenerating natural systems.

This differs from the usual "linear economy" which follows a "take - make - dispose" method.
And with the use of Electric Arc Furnaces (EAF), we can keep pollution at a minimum, unlike traditional steel mills.
