About LCSH

A New Era of Manufacturing — Rooted in the South.

The Louisiana Circular Steel Hub (LCSH) is a pioneering, full-chain manufacturing campus dedicated to reshoring America’s critical steel components through circular-economy principles. Nestled in the heart of the North Shreveport Industrial Park on the redeveloped Libbey Glass site, LCSH transforms locally sourced scrap into high-value products—from Grade 8.8 fasteners and cast flanges & valves to electric motor housings, laminated silicon steel, and precision molds.

Steel

Steel is at the heart of everything we do—literally and figuratively—because it underpins the buildings we occupy, the cars we drive, the bridges we cross, and the machines we rely on every day; by reclaiming regional scrap and transforming it into precision fasteners, flanges, motor housings, and electrical steel, LCSH not only closes the loop on this indispensable material but also reminds us that steel’s strength, reliability, and versatility touch every facet of modern life—from the phone in your hand to the power grid lighting your home.
