Our Mission

To rebuild U.S. industrial strength by closing the loop on steel production—diverting over 20,000 tons of regional scrap each year, slashing carbon emissions by 30% compared to virgin‐steel processes, and creating 200+ skilled, family‐sustaining jobs in Northwest Louisiana.

Our Model

  • Shared-Use Production Lines - Five modular, dual-use manufacturing lines share equipment and facilities, reducing CAPEX by 20–30% and enabling rapid scalability.

  • Circular Feedstock - We procure scrap steel from within a 100-mile radius, sorting it with AI-driven systems before feeding it into cold heading, casting, rolling, heat-treat, and finishing processes.

  • Advanced Technologies - Digital twins, 3D-printed die inserts, and precision CNC ensure that our products meet ISO, DIN, ASME, and AS quality standards—while maintaining lean, data-driven operations.

Our Impact

  • Environmental: Diverting 20,000+ tons of metal from landfills, reducing downstream CO₂ by an estimated 8,000 tons annually.

  • Economic: Generating a projected 7-year cumulative EBIT of $88 million off a $9.45 million CAPEX and achieving full breakeven in under three years.

  • Social: Partnering with Bossier Parish Community College and the Louisiana Community & Technical College System to deliver hands-on apprenticeships and stackable credentials for tomorrow’s workforce.
