Rebuilding Industrial Capacity. Advancing Circular Solutions. Creating Lasting Impact.
The Louisiana Circular Steel Hub (LCSH) is a pioneering, full-chain manufacturing campus dedicated to reshoring America’s critical steel components through circular-economy principles. Nestled in the heart of the North Shreveport Industrial Park on the redeveloped Libbey Glass site, LCSH transforms locally sourced scrap into high-value products—from Grade 8.8 fasteners and cast flanges & valves to electric motor housings, laminated silicon steel, and precision molds.
At the Louisiana Circular Steel Hub, we’re more than a factory—we’re a catalyst for community resilience, environmental stewardship, and national security. By closing the loop on steel, we deliver:
Zero-Waste Manufacturing
We divert 20,000+ tons of local steel scrap from landfills each year—turning what was once waste into high-performance bolts, valves, motor housings, and electrical steel laminations.
Carbon-Smart Products
Our circular process cuts CO₂ emissions by ~30% compared to virgin-steel manufacturing, helping U.S. businesses meet aggressive climate targets and “Buy America” requirements.
Supply-Chain Security
We produce essential components on U.S. soil—shielding critical industries (defense, energy, transportation) from overseas disruptions, tariffs, and geopolitical risk.
Equitable Job Creation
We create 200+ skilled, family-sustaining jobs in Northwest Louisiana, partnering with Bossier Parish Community College on apprenticeship pathways that empower local talent.
